Leadership does not require any particular position or designation. Ones’ actions irrespective of the position being held can be a source of inspiration for others. At a C level this becomes all more important as the circle of influence enhances many folds and so does the responsibility.
Discharging this responsibility in a way that effectively communicates the vision CXO has and motivates people to be the best version of themselves is a challenge to say the least.
Tough or nice, humble or assertive, collaborative or authoritative. Is there any one approach that can be singled out to be a successful leader, no one knows, but assessing oneself on a daily basis and being adaptable to evolve is always going to help.
For the same reason we are providing this unique opportunity to have a one – on – one session with someone who has not only years of experience in leadership roles – influencing thousands -but also has been a mentor to many CXOs’ and others in his region.
